Activate This Plan is built on three moves. You redefine your position so you are operating from the right identity, not your past title. You design a deliberate strategy instead of reacting to trends or copying what others are doing. Then you install leverage so your effort compounds rather than drains you. I founded Activate This Plan to support and correctly channel the energies of experienced business professionals, entrepreneurs and complete beginners into a concise doable path that catapults your business into the online space with strategy rather than chaos.

The online world moves fast...move WITH it instead of against it. If your desire is to have a online business...and you want real guidance instead of random pieces of advice from youtube videos...my role is to help you quiet the noise, figure out what business you REALLY want to be in and then build a step by step plan that gets you to your goal. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Every business is different. Some can achieve results faster than others. If you want a long-lasting business that is sustainable over a long period of time...then you are in the right place.

Behind the Coaching

For years, I watched talented professionals and business owners struggle not because they lacked skills or ambition, but because they lacked insight into what they really wanted to do. Analysis Paralysis they say.

I saw people with incredible experience feel invisible online. Many of these people are of course 45 years plus. The online world just kind of "got away from them". This is not a value statement.... it's just facts. Confusion became paramount as the choices around us multiplied.

I knew there had to be a better way. I teach people how to EMBRACE the changes around us with excitement for a new and better future, rather than dread.

I formulated Activate This Plan coaching, one built on customized, one-on-one guidance, personalized strategy, and the belief that you don't need complicated systems to make meaningful progress. I am NOT a technical systems person or a computer engineer. You HIRE someone to build your systems. Only after you KNOW what your business is going to be.

Don't expect me to do all the work for you. I'm here to give you a plan, strategy and execution. You still have to do the work and follow the plan I set up for you. How much automated systems you setup and hire out will depend on a case-by-case basis and the type of industry you are in.

P.S. You can hire me to formulate an end-to-end strategy... However, this business, the one that I have helped you define and setup ....is still YOUR business and you must treat it as such. Neglect your business and then you have NO business.

Activate This Plan exists to help you TRANSFORM your confusion and build the path that creates movement/momentum, towards your goal, with simple, actionable, intentional steps.

MY APPROACH

Your experience matters. Your voice matters. And your next chapter matters. GONE will be the thoughts that "I'm just irrelevant", "noone cares about me", "I have lots of advice but noone listens". We are going to kick all these thoughts off the cliff and into the ravine below. These are negative thoughts that not only will get you nowhere but are also paralyzing you from taking action.
