Educational and Advisory Services Including Coaching and Mentoring

Activate This Plan, LLC provides educational and advisory services, including structured coaching and mentoring. Services are delivered through a customized combination of pre-recorded video content, one-on-one live coaching and consulting sessions, questionnaires, written assessments, knowledge-check quizzes, and supporting PDF materials. These services are designed to support planning, clarity, and strategic decision-making and do not include guarantees of outcomes or results.

Customized Scope of Services

Each client receives a customized service experience based on individual needs, background, goals, and responses to the initial qualification assessment. The number, sequence, and type of instructional videos, quizzes, questionnaires, preparatory steps, and live coaching sessions assigned to a client may vary. All determinations regarding the scope, structure, sequence, and progression of services are made solely at the discretion of Kimberley of Activate This Plan, LLC.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason once access to any content or materials has been granted, any instructional content is viewed in whole or in part, any quiz, assessment, or questionnaire is accessed or submitted, or any coaching or consulting time is scheduled or allocated. Once access is granted or time is reserved, services are considered delivered regardless of participation.

Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for completing assigned materials and participating in scheduled coaching sessions. Failure to watch videos, complete quizzes or questionnaires, attend sessions, or follow the prescribed process does not qualify for a refund.

No Guarantees

No outcomes, results, earnings, or success are guaranteed. Services are educational and advisory in nature. Outcomes depend entirely on individual participation, effort, decision-making, consistency, and external factors beyond the control of Activate This Plan, LLC. Dissatisfaction with results or perceived progress is not grounds for a refund.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By submitting payment, the client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been accessed, scheduled, or delivered as described. Records of access, scheduling, and delivery will be used to contest any unauthorized disputes.
